Please note shipping times can take between 1-4 days within Australia*.

Please keep in mind that all pre-orders take at least 4 weeks, as each garment is hand-made.

While orders are currently being shipped with express delivery, our delivery partner may be incur minor delays on their usual delivery times.

What courier company do you use?

Orders shipped via our Australian store are shipped with Australia Post.

What countries do you deliver to?

Our Australian store delivers to Australian addresses only, for delivery anywhere else, please visit our international store.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we can deliver deliver to Australian PO Box addresses, when shipping from our Australian store only.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

Pippa Holt Kaftans Australia orders are shipped registered express post. If nobody is home when the parcel is scheduled for delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at your address - so long as there's a safe place. 

Can I track my shipment?

It's easy to track your order by logging in to your account. Alternatively, visit Australia Post and enter the tracking number provided via email. Or if you require assistance, you can contact the Customer Care Team on info@pippaholt.com.

 

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of the items receipt.

How to Use our Returns Service

To make a return or exchange please follow these three easy steps.

  1. Check that your item(s) meet our returns policy. Then please get in touch via our ‘Returns Form’ page citing your order number, contact details and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  2. We will then be in touch via email within 2 business days to provide a pre-paid returns label. This label needs to be printed and affixed to your parcel.
  3. Deposit your parcel at your nearest Australia Post Mailbox or Office.
Once we receive your return we shall be in touch with regards to the status of your return/exchange enquiry.

    Returns And Exchange Policy

    All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you have any queries, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to email us on info@pippaholt.com.

    Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

    All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
    You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your return/exchange. You will receive your returns label by email. The items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your label.

    The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all PIPPA HOLT KAFTANS garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

    Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.
